At Veggie Crush, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality meals and products. As our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and order issues.
 

Meal Prep Orders
 

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our meal prep, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at shop@veggiecrush.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.
 

Sweet Treat Boxes
 

If your sweet treat box arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at shop@veggiecrush.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if eligible, provide a replacement, refund or credit.
 

Non-Refundable Items
 

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Orders where incorrect delivery details were provided.

Personal preference (e.g., taste, portion sizes).

Delays caused by couriers once the package has left our facility.
