What meal plans do you offer?
We offer vegan and vegetarian meal plans, including specialised options tailored to specific health goals. Currently, we provide three plans:

Veggie Crush Essentials: A daily changing menu where you can select options for each meal.
Specialist Plans:

Menopause & PCOS Support Plan (Specialist plans are fixed but allow you to choose between vegan and vegetarian preferences for some meals.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed exclusively through our website. Once you've placed your order, we recommend downloading the Nutribot app, where you can manage your orders, payments, preferences and more.

What is the delivery schedule?
We deliver 2-3 times a week:
Monday to Friday Orders: Delivered on Sunday and Tuesday (7 PM–9 PM).
Including Weekends: Additional delivery on Thursday (7 PM–9 PM).

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. A delivery map is available here. Nationwide delivery is coming soon—join our exclusive waitlist to stay updated and enjoy early perks and discounts.

How much is it?
The cost depends on the meal plan and portion size you select. A full price list is available here.

Do you offer discounts or a referral program?
We share occasional discounts via social media and newsletters.
You earn points for orders, which can be redeemed for discounts.
You can refer friends using the VCFRIEND code and receive £5–£10 off your next order. Details are here.

What are the payment methods?
Payment options include card payments and bank transfers. Orders must be prepaid by Friday at 11:55 PM to ensure Monday delivery. Payments can be managed directly through your account.

How do I manage or modify my orders?
You can customize your orders during checkout, including portion sizes, meal types, and add-ons. After placing your order, you can manage your selected meals through your account or email us at shop@veggiecrush.co.uk for assistance.

Can I customize my meals based on dietary preferences or restrictions?
Nutritional information is provided for every meal. If you have specific allergies, include them in the exclusion note when ordering. We'll review your request and contact you to ensure we fully understand your needs.

Are your meals suitable for specific diets (e.g., gluten-free, nut-free)?
Nut Allergies: We do not have separate facilities for nut-free meals. For severe allergies, we advise against ordering. For mild allergies, we can offer guidance after an initial consultation.
Gluten-Free: Gluten-free options are available—check the nutritional information for details. Note: We do not substitute gluten-containing meals with gluten-free alternatives.

How long do the meals stay fresh?
Meals stay fresh for 3–5 days when refrigerated. Certain items, like snacks, may last longer, and soups can be frozen for later consumption.

How should I store and reheat my meals?
Refrigerate all meals upon delivery. Packaging is microwave-safe, but you may reheat meals on the stovetop if preferred.

Do you offer catering services?
Yes, we provide catering services for wellness retreats. Please email us for more information.

Can I subscribe to a meal plan for regular deliveries?
Yes, we now offer subscription options. For non-subscribers, we send reminders before your plan expires, allowing you to reorder easily via the app.

How do I cancel or pause my order?
Cancellations require a 48-hour notice. Requests made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will not be refunded. For planned absences, notify us as early as possible to adjust your delivery schedule.

Yes, our packaging is designed to minimize environmental impact. All materials are either recyclable or compostable.

Do you offer family-sized or group meal plans?
Absolutely! Our plans are flexible, allowing you to order up to 12 meals per day. This makes it easy to cater to the needs of your entire family or group.
